The rules for using Arba Minch Wisdom Academy's website, online application, and school portal.

1.Agreement
By accessing the Arba Minch Wisdom Academy website, submitting an online application, or signing in to the school portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use these services.
2.Who may use the services
The portal is for authorised parents, guardians, students, and staff of Arba Minch Wisdom Academy. Online applications are for families seeking admission. You must provide accurate information and use only accounts issued to you or your household by the school.
3.Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share staff or parent accounts with unauthorised people. The school may suspend or reset access if misuse, security risk, or inactive credentials are detected. You must update contact details when they change so the school can reach you.
4.Acceptable use
Use the portal only for legitimate school purposes — reviewing progress, fees, attendance, applications, and official notices. Do not attempt to access another person's data, disrupt the service, upload harmful content, or use automated tools to scrape or attack the system. Harassment or abusive messaging through school channels is not allowed.
5.School records
Information shown in the portal reflects school records maintained for teaching and administration. If something looks wrong, contact the office so it can be reviewed. Official documents (such as letters or transcripts) remain subject to school verification procedures even when summaries appear online.
6.Fees and payments
Fee amounts, payment instructions, and receipts in the portal support school billing. Completing a payment outside the portal does not replace the school's confirmation process. Disputes about fees should be raised with the finance or admissions office promptly.
7.Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available during school terms, but maintenance, outages, or updates may interrupt access. Features may change as the school improves its systems. Continued use after a material update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms when they are posted.
8.Limitation of liability
The portal is provided to support school operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arba Minch Wisdom Academy is not liable for indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability, reliance on draft or unverified online summaries, or unauthorised use of an account you failed to protect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ethiopian law.
9.Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date on this page will be updated when changes take effect. Significant changes may also be announced through the portal or school notices.
