Questions families ask us
If your question is not answered here, call the school office — we would rather talk it through.
How do we apply?
Start the online application, fill in the Student Basic Data form, and upload the required documents. You will receive an application number to quote when you call or visit.
Which documents do you need?
A birth certificate and a recent student photo are required. A transcript from the previous school and a medical record are requested when they apply — for transfers, mainly.
Which grades do you accept?
Nursery and KG through Grade 8. Placement for a transferring student is confirmed after we review the previous school's records.
What about fees?
Fees depend on the grade level and are confirmed in writing when a place is offered. Payment is made by bank deposit or Telebirr, and every payment is receipted in the parent portal.
Can we choose a shift?
You can state a preference during registration. Shifts are assigned based on available places in the grade and confirmed with your offer.
Is school transport available?
Yes, on established routes. Ask the office about coverage for your area before the term begins.
How do we follow our child's progress?
Every parent gets a portal account. Attendance, results, fee statements, and school notices are all there, and teachers can message you directly.
How do we check an application we already sent?
Use the application number from your confirmation, or call the office and we will look it up for you.
